Why We Have a No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans can change. However, missed appointments do not only affect your schedule but can also disrupt our operations and impact other clients who are waiting for an opportunity to receive our services. Our policy is designed to promote fairness and efficiency, allowing us to serve everyone while respecting time commitments.
Our Policy Details
Cancellation Notice:
We request that you provide at least 6 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
No-Show Fee:
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided prior notice, a no-show fee of $12.00 will be charged. This fee helps us recover some of the costs associated with the reserved time.

Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows:
If you have multiple cancellations or no-shows, we may require a deposit for future appointments. This ensures commitment and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
